Cricket in the States: Bringing Pickup Cricket to America

My graduate thesis project designing a platform to help South Asian immigrants find cricket players and venues across the U.S. Led end-to-end research with 12 users, organized an MVP game with 33 participants, and validated the solution through usability testing.
Result: 20% landing page conversion rate and NPS of 80.

Redesigned a failing landing page with an 85% bounce rate. Fixed buried messaging, misaligned keywords, and an engineer-built UI.

Built a production-grade design system from scratch to replace Chakra UI, a generic library that couldn't express the brand or support AI-native UI patterns. Designed tokens, components, and documentation as the single source of truth for the entire product.
Result: 50% fewer designer-developer clarification cycles and every color token WCAG AA verified before shipping.
